We require your Instagram credentials to run our automation service (Not the celebrity giveaway service). To run our service, we need to target accounts from your Instagram account to drive traffic to your account. This is a marketing tactic which will increase your exposure and following with real organic followers.

 

Results

 

The expected number of followers, likes and comments is not guaranteed to you in any way. It all depends on factors such as performance and traffic driven by the celebrity giveaway campaign as well as the retention rate after the followers have been provided to the customers instagram account.

2. It is also your responsibility to comply with Instagram’s community guidelines.

3. We are not responsible for your actions and their consequences.

4. Because we are an internet based service we can’t guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted or error-free operability of the services.

5. PayPal

 

You agree that upon purchasing our services, that you clearly understand and agree what you are purchasing and will not file a fraudulent dispute via PayPal

It is important to note that by subscribing to our services you are fully agreeing to our Returns and Refunds Policy.  You as a customer agree to pay + take responsibility for all charges made in accordance with your subscription and these policies.

Returns and Refunds Policy

Refunds are taken on a case by case basis. Once the expenses for the celebrity giveaways have gone out, we cannot issue a refund. Additionally, once your campaign goes live we cannot issue a refund.

In the case that a refund is made, there will be a conversion fee associated with the refund (based on the currency you've purchased with) as well as the original refund fee (Credit Card: 2%) (Paypal: 3.5%)

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.

Cancelation Policy

You as a customer are not held under any payment commitment when proceeding with our services, meaning you are free to cancel your service at any point. However if you would like to cancel your service, you are responsible for canceling your payment subscription. This can be done through Paypal or with your bank depending which method of payment you've chosen. If you are having any issues with canceling your subscription, email us at contact@greenlymedia.com

Recommendation

If your account has previously gotten compromised or disabled, please advise us before hand. Due to this, your account trust score is low and we will need to take a different approach in order to grow your account.

Celebrity Giveaway Terms

As a customer, when entering under our celebrity giveaways you agree and understand that there is no due date and that the giveaway will go live when the spots are full. Additionally it is not guaranteed that all followers will be driven from the customers chosen celebrity giveaway campaign. In some cases if the requested follower amount is not fulfilled through the customers chosen celebrity giveaway campaign, GREENLYMEDIA will drive the remaining followers from another celebrity giveaway campaign. Please read our Results section for more details regarding factors that influence the amount of followers driven.

Custom Order Terms

All custom orders apply the same refund and return policy listed in our terms of service which you can view here. Additionally, 15.5% of the total payment is marked as a down payment. By accepting/agreeing to our terms, you as a customer acknowledge and understand that in the case that a refund is granted by our team after expenses have gone out, the down payment is non refundable. Custom orders include an additional 3.5% (2.9% for Paypal payments) non refundable transaction fee.

E-Commerce Growth Terms

As a customer, you agree that there is no guarantee whatsoever associated with any of the https://www.greenlymedia.com/e-commerce service. All custom orders apply the same refund and return policy listed in our terms of service which you can view here. By accepting/agreeing to our terms, you agree that refunds will not be eligible after the service has been delivered (this includes, and is not limited to, after expenses by GreenlyMedia have gone out, after the youtube guidance has been delivered, after the Youtube Growth Service has been delivered.
